What amazes me more than anything is the information of the article is either true or false. Neither has been determined, yet we have multiple posts (and I do mean M-U-L-T-I-P-L-E) posts from a few individuals that state what they believe to be true without actually knowing what the truth is.

If the information is false, life goes on. (well until the next step in this odyssey).

If it is true, well then there will be a hell of a mess to sort out. Biggest problem will be the reaction of the hurt feelings/pandemonium that removal from office will cause. And yes, he will be removed.

Don't get me wrong, it is an interesting subject with some major implications as a possible outcome. But for any of us to suppose or pretend that we know for certain what Obama's status truly is would be a falsehood at best as the odds of anyone on this board witnessing the birth are nil.

Sorry, just got to call it as I see it.

--edit to add that the word SHOCKER: has been removed from the header. Somehow I find that more revealing than its original placement. Since it was never part of the original title of the thread.

May I have your real full name, social security number, address, names of immediate family members, and all jobs/schools associated with such? The logic is that if there is nothing to hide, you would just release everything anyone demanded to see right?

First I would actually post all my personal information right here on this forum if it weren’t against ATS Terms of Service. I am not afraid to do that nor should I be for I am what and who I am and there is no escaping that and there is no hiding that.

Fine, U2U me with the info then and we can continue this conversation. I will publish it in a blog that is not subject to ATS rules.

I respect that you went on and on with some lengthy answer but when I see "I would, if i could but...." Followed by points that are based on the fact that you did. You did not, you just said you would. I can say I can fly. Send me that info and let's see your sincerity.

You quoted:

"Sec. 301. [8 U.S.C. 1401] The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth: "

So, where in there does it address "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN"?

It really doesn't matter. The country is IN DECLINE. Look that up under oh say, "Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire" We are twittering about proper papers while "Rome" is burning.

Its the same thing " citizens of the United States at birth "
. Natural Born Citizen=citizens of the United States at birth. Do you not get that? Obama was never born in Hawaii and him paying so much money to seal his records should be proof enough but then again the Anti-Christ is good at brainwashing people and thats why we will soon have another Civil War on our hands.

Who else would get the Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing but lie, running his (adopted) nation into the ground all the while he oversees a war?

And who would develop such a standard? The people you don't believe?

Nothing is going to appease everyone.

I can guarantee you that had such things been in place for Obama, we'd still be having this conversation, because people would refuse to believe the verification.

Indeed, thats happened now. Hawaii says hes a US citizen. People don't believe the state officials. So now what?

My point exactly!!!!!!!!!
Obama is going "Nowhere" It doesnt matter if he's natural or not.
The outcome of "any" action taken is chaos, and the outcome of "no" action taken is chaos.
Just varying degrees with slightly different views out the window if either road is taken but still with the same end result, the same final destination location in the greater plan.
It's like check in chess and youre going to lose either a rook or a knight but youre going to lose something either way.
So .... has our system failed so miserably that we have an illegal POTUS
or... has our process failed so miserably that we no longer know?

either way...... game over after the next move=check mate!
(same thing is in play with economy)

And then......... a whole new game!

So, what happens if because of this article that he's found ineligible to be president? Does that mean they take back the Nobel prize as well?

Listen

I'm from the Great White North and could care less about your crazy politics.

But, as an outsider looking in, one thing in my mind remains to be unanswered.

If people claim he isn't who he says he is, and if he is as great as most of you claim him to be.

Why not just come out with it and shut these people up already.

Again, being an outsider, not coming forth and appeasing the masses with so called proof, shows you're hiding something. If our PM was precieved to be hidden something, Canadians would get to the bottom of it pretty damn quick.

The fact that there has been no resolution to this as of yet makes your country look like a 3 ring circus.

WHO CARES....!!!

He's the best thing in the USA at the moment. And all you Yanks want to do is bring him down a peg or two...(Racist me thinks) .

He is the best thing the US has had. If the USA can't breed decent politicians then thank god someone managed to slip under the radar. Better than that over wide jawed yehawing hack, # he's so old he would probably die on the #ter before the 1st year was out.

BE THANKFUL you have a creative, imaginative, politically adept leader, with ideas, who can actually run a country and make change...You could have another Bush on your hands. Or do you all want to see a banjo playing , cheque shirt, moonshine drinking horror show on a rocking chair running your country. If you don't want Barrack, send him to the EU we will have him.

I don't understand why you euro's hold this guy so high.

He's done nothing good for the country, yet.
He's hasn't followed though with any of his campaign promises.

You guys are more delusional then the bloody yanks themselves.

What makes him so great? And why does bashing the president always come back to racism? That's , people like yourself, your answer to everything.

I'm sick of the racism shtick. If your a douche bag your a douche bag, plain and simple. I don't care what colour your skin is. My god are we every going to get past that nonsense.

Right. It isn't about the possible threat to our nation in having a President who is completely controlled under threat of exposure as well as possibly being a foreign citizen.

On this board all presidents are shills, it doesn't matter what side of the political pole they stick to. They are just paid mouths that spew whatever agenda the handlers tell them to spew.

I would think you would know that birth certificates, school transcripts, military service records and so on are public records. Anyone with the money to do so can go to the local courthouse and obtain copies of these documents.

Ill have to correct you, you cannot get someone elses birth certificate, Obama was never in the military, but oddly the school transcripts seem to be a bit light. I will agree on that one point because that is truth, and I can agree with truth.

Bush's transcripts and military records were obtained by hundreds of people and used for all kinds of political games.

And you wonder why Obama doesn't want his out?
Right there, that would give me enough reason to try and seal off any personal information that people could obtain. Political games and mud raking in this country is doing 10 times as much damage to our political system than Obama natural born or otherwise could ever do.

Anyone who spends over a million to have their public records sealed has something to hide. What that something is deeply concerns some people.

If someone said you did something or are something that you did not do or are not, you would be smart to defend yourself. Do you know what would have happened if Obama hadn't defended himself with lawyers? That's right, he would have lost the case automatically. I learned that lesson the hard way. Lawyers are a necessary evil in life. If presidents aren't allowed the basic tenants afforded each of us under the Constitution of the United States what rights do we have?

And as far as this comment...

What next, are you going to claim everyone who has questions about this is secretly racist?

Thank you

I thought I was the only one to see this.

Have you ever seen the media coverage when Obama goes overseas. They love this guy. I don't get it.

He comes to Canada and nobody even knows he was here, or cares for that matter.

That's cause Canukians are cool like that

The only reason I can see that Obama is more popular overseas than in the states is that Obama hasn't pissed every single other country off like his predecessor had.

The reason I like Obama? I can go overseas now and I don't have to pretend I am from Canada.

The newspaper is a Kenyan Newspaper. The story is an AP story.

The AP does not write the headline -- the newspaper does. It is also very possible that the "Kenyan-born" line in the first sentence was also added by the Kenyan newspaper editor. That's very common. Editors are allowed to add "local touches" to an AP article to make it more relevant to local readers.

For example -- an AP story about a man who dies in a car crash in California who was originally from "Anytown", Iowa may be picked up by the Iowa paper. The original AP article may not say where the man was born (that's irrelevant to most people), but the Iowa paper would probably have a headline that reads " 'Anytown' Man Killed in California Crash" above the AP story -- and the story itself my have a line added by the Iowa paper telling people where the man was born.

So the writer of the article perhaps should not be in question. Only the headline and the first sentence mentioned "Kenya". Those references to Kenya may not have even appeared in the original AP story.

In fact, it would seem very strange for the original AP wire story to have included anything about Kenya in that article. Where Mr. Obama was born is irrelevant to that article. It does seem "shoehorned in" -- perhaps, like I said, by the Kenyan newspaper.

The editor from the Kenyan newspaper could have been under the false impression that the relatively-unknown senatorial candidate was from Kenya.

Obama is a lawyer. Or was anyway prior to being a senator.

True, but that adage generally applies to people who have no clue what they're doing and don't have a law degree. The law can be tricky if you don't understand what you're doing or trying to do. Being a lawyer himself, Obama understands it.

It's called executive privilege, the president is allowed to withhold information if he deems it a threat to national security. I would think that Obama not being an American would qualify??? What do you think??

Or... And stay with me here... This is complicated...

He has a freaking COUNTRY to run and can't be bogged down with Bleach blond Real Estate agents/Dentists who take a freaking correspondence course in law and think they are a lawyer. I don't know, maybe he has something more important to do?
