Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, announced today while in Russia, that for now no new sanctions will be placed on Iran. This comes at a time when

the "Five plus One", which includes the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council - the United States, Britain, France, Russia
and China - plus Germany.
