Obama will go to trial ?

the youtube member 'originalmetalchic' is reporting today that Obama will have to go to court about his Birth certificate and the MSM is not covering the story.
anyone know if this is true ?

The President doesn't go to the same court we do. First it has to go through a hearing of impeachment, then he has to be impeached, then when he is out out do we press any charges for falsifying documents.

I thought this was a done deal. Granted, I did enjoy the thought that the great ego Obama might be humbled and that a great conspiracy would come to fruition.

But they have either proven, or covered it up so well that nothing will come of it.

I would think someone powerful enough to force us into socialism/communism/fascism/corporatism/(insert ism here) could surely pull a few strings and get out of a lawsuit.

hmm..not sure to be honest. why would he have to be impeached just to go to a trial ? wouldn't a hearing of impeachment come after a trial ?

yes me too , i thought this was over and done with. i am on the side that believes he should have to show the actual certificate. why not if there is nothing to hide ..right ?

Seriously, the pretty girl with the weird eyes is partially right. There is a case, but right now, The Dept of Justice has submitted a motion to dismiss. Judge Carter hasn't yet ruled on the motion to dismiss. So we're waiting to have his judgment on that. If he denies the motion to dismiss the case, then it will move forward, but if he accepts the motion to dismiss, it will be dismissed.

Now, the Internet is abuzz with the statement that Carter has denied the motion to dismiss, but it's nothing more than buzz.

@ 2:40 in the video she claims Obama could get a birth certificate from Hawaii even if he wasn't a natural born citizen ?

so even if he produced the full certificate that still wouldn't prove anything ?

The President being a member of the executive branch, is immune to requests from the judicial and legislative branches.

The only incident where this is not the case is under the articles of impeachment written out in the Constitution of the United States.

This is true, but it would state the ACTUAL place of his birth, NOT as Hawaii, but wherever he was born.
