Missle to the Moon.... blow that mother up

I have read some people are concerned about NASA's missile to the moon program.

I, on the other hand, embrace this idea.

Georges Méliès was right. Those moon people have to be dealt with. I hope the missile is shaped like an umbrella.

Now I know that NASA's missile is merely a tactical strike on a large moon, but it's not enough. We need to send up all we got.

Also, the moon's orbit is slowly getting closer to us.... we don't want to play bumper cars with the moon. Let's kill it

I love the moon I like the tides from the moon, moon lit walks , looking at it while full and feeling its effect on me personally and seeing how it affects others and believe me it does. Your body is made mostly of water! Think about it! The moon is GREAT and should never be destroyed. There are many things the moon does for you that you dont even realize!

Someone got it.

I was just venting from all those blowing up the moon threads lighting up the forum. If you think that this little rocket will make any difference, you are mistaken. People are just getting too personal about the moon. Asteroids hit it all the time, and it does squat. We could nuke the moon and probably minimally affect its orbit.

And for the record, the moon is getting further away from us by about 3.8 cm a year.
