NEW YORK - If he chose to listen, Najibullah Zazi could hear the calls for violence all around him.
The Afghan immigrant accused of plotting a terror attack on New York City spent his earliest years in his wartorn homeland, a center of strife and fighting against a Soviet invasion and, after the occupiers left, clashing warlords.
When Zazi was a teenager, his family shared a Queens apartment building and worshipped with an imam linked to a former Afghan warlord later identified by the U.S.
"He was a very normal, very life-loving guy," said Naiz Khan, who befriended Zazi nearly 10 years ago when the two teenagers attended the same mosque and high school in Queens.
Quote from : Wikipedia : Government
A government is the body within an organization that has the authority to make and enforce rules, laws and regulations.
Typically, the government refers to a civil government which can be either local, national, or international.
However, commercial, academic, religious, or other formal organizations are also governed by internal bodies.
Such bodies may be called boards of directors, managers, or governors or they may be known as the administration (as in schools) or councils of elders (as in churches).
The size of governments can vary by region or purpose.
Growth of an organization advances the complexity of its government, therefore small towns or small-to-medium privately-operated enterprises will have few officials compared to larger organizations such as multinational corporations which will have multiple interlocking, hierarchical layers of administration and governance.
As complexity increases and the nature of governance becomes more complicated,so does the need for formal policies and procedures.

Well what makes you think Zazi is a guilty man and not just a dude who is in deep stuff because he threatened to sue the fed for violating his rights on a yearly basis by searching through his apartment every September 11th...
Just to show a muslim they could do what ever they wanted to in the name of 911?
Sometimes our government convicts innocent men ya know.

I was just being rhetorical.
Talking on some things I read else where on ATS..... I have been following this story here for awhile now.... The conjecture and the Lies.... But honestly I was just trying to give your thread a thoughtful bump.
