Well one night i was watching t.v. and i hear this russaling in my kitchens pantry it couldn't have been my brother or my parents because they were all gone doing something and all my pets wer with me in my parents room i had the remote in a clubbing position and i was about to go in to my kitchen club what ever it was. But i thought for a minute and decided if it was something i didn't want a butt probe
So i just left it the rustling stopped about five minutes later and that was it. But do you guys think it could have been like an elf or a gnome or something of the sort. I'll give you all the information i can. It was about 7 p.m. and dark outside it wasn't raining or anything like that. OOOOOOO and i live right next to a big forest in Texas do you think it could have come from that?

Probably a squirrel or raccoon of some kind hunting for food.

A raccoon couldnt have gotten into the guys house.

UNLESS his back door was open or something.

OR IT WAS A HOUSE HIPPO!

Do you have a doggie door?.
Spot caught a possum one night coming through the doggie door to get food .
It was one of the funniest things Ive ever seen .
The possum just laid on the kitchen floor peeping at spot with one eye open ,while spot barked at him viciously.
Finally I put spot in the office ,and encouraged the possum to move with a broom.

It was most likely a rat, mouse, or possum.

I suspect if it was a racoon you'd find more traces of it, than a slight rustling..

It could have been many things, mouse, rat, possum, coon, squirrel. Here in FL I've even heard a lizard or big roach make noise rustling around in things.
