It seems as if the U.S. is making up garbage again to start another war as described in this article here:
Another War in the Works

Iran has actually complied with non-ratified protocols going above and beyond what is required by them:

The Obama regime’s claim that Iran is not in compliance with the safeguards agreement is disinformation. Between the end of 2004 and early 2007, Iran voluntarily complied with an additional protocol (Code 3.1) that was never ratified and never became a legal part of the safeguards agreement. The additional protocol would have required Iran to notify the IAEA prior to beginning construction of a new facility, whereas the safeguards agreement in force requires notification prior to completion of a new facility. Iran ceased its voluntary compliance with the unratified additional protocol in March 2007, most likely because of the American and Israeli misrepresentations of Iran’s existing facilities and military threats against them.

And to go right the source, the Director General of the IAEA said himself that accusations against Iran are politically motivated:

Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, a rare man of principle who has not sold his integrity to the US and Israeli governments, refuted in his report (September 7, 2009) the baseless “accusations that information has been withheld from the Board of Governors about Iran’s nuclear programme. I am dismayed by the allegations of some Member states, which have been fed to the media, that information has been withheld from the Board. These allegations are politically motivated and totally baseless. Such attempts to influence the work of the Secretariat and undermine its independence and objectivity are in violation of Article VII.F. of the IAEA Statute and should cease forthwith.”

So what is the government's reason for trying to stir things up? Is it another war they want to start? Just what we all need, more money wasted and more lives lost for no reason

The Western world is concerned by Iran's nuclear program because Iran is ruled by radical fundamentalist mullahs and a holocaust denier who's openly expressed his desire to destroy Israel and is a supporter of terrorism.

It's not just the Obama administration who's concerned.

Do some research here and you'll find that the US is not the only nation that's concerned about Iran's agenda.

Well, if they want to talk about facts, that's one thing but to make things up that's another. Who can trust the U.S? They're a far bigger threat to world peace than Iran ever has been or ever will be.

Did you read the article by any chance? It pretty much refutes all of what was said in those links you posted. And check out the post about Ron Paul's comments on why the U.S. is making stuff up. He says too that it's like the war mongering that led to the Iraq war.

The author of the article is a very accomplished lunatic. He worked for the Regan administration for about 1-2 year in the Dept. of the Treasury and helped invent Reganomics.

As a positive, he has been equally critical of republicans as he has been of democrats. However, he is a Truther, has been on the fraud Alex Jones and HATES Israel.

The guy is a little nuts, thus, I can't take him seriously. Obama doesn't want to go to war with Iran. Obama is desperately trying to make friends with all of America's enemies while alienating our allies. If Obama says Iran is being bad, then they must be behaving badly.

More like the Jewish/Israeli Lobbyists are putting extreme pressure on America to be it's hired hitman. I agree that this is simply the same BS they tried on us with Iraq. That sad thing is that majority of people are morons and will be fooled as easily this time as they were last time....

I read the same article, and thought it was good. Paul Craig Roberts is fairly accurate, and well respected.

The People who continually support these wars have the blood of the innocent on their hands. Make no mistake about it, there is a Karmic Nature to the Cosmos. Those deeds of support in any form do come back to haunt. How about just stopping the War Rhetoric, and trying out a little peace.

The difference is that NO BODY except the US was saying that Iraq had WMD's. all of our European allies were saying we were wrong. This time EVERYONE is worried about Iran... Even the Arab world.

People who support Iran have the blood of peaceful protesters on their hands, the blood of Israeli civilians on their hands, the blood of Iraqis killed by Iran supported insurgents on their hands.

Go wash that off.

Well, you have yet to refute any claims made in the article in regards to Iran not hiding what it has done which is what my post was about. Do you claim that the Director General of the IAEA is lying about Iran following procedures? Surely, he's the one in the know and the countries that are claiming that Iran didn't follow IAEA protocol are obviously lying for political purposes.

If you want to talk about Iran abusing protesters, well that's a different topic isn't it? And of course I don't support that. It's people like you that give the government the confidence to attack countries based on lies. You probably supported the attack or Iraq too so go wash the blood of 1,000,000 dead Iraqis off your hands.

The only ones I've seen engaging in blowing People up on a genocidal level is the US, and Israel. Heck We the People are given glammer filled images, or ideologies of how peaceful a "Preemptive Strike" are.

I call them Preemptive Love Strikes of Peace....... That is the picture painted by Zionists, and NEOCONS, but what they are in reality equates to nothing more than war mongering hate filled attacks on humanity itself.

Your obvious with Your rhetoric. Here explain these away:
Possibly Your kind of Love, and Compassion?

You think Afghans had an abundance of food before 9/11? Yeah, the Taliban is a great government.

Would you like your mother treated this way? May be you do.

How can someone support a potential bogus war where hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians will be killed or injured and then in the same breath claim to be concerned with the human rights of Afghan women?

Again, you've not bothered to refute anything in my original post so I don't know why you're even responding here. You seem to support invasions of countries based upon lies.

I don't think anyone likes the Taliban. Bombing the crap out of them hasn't improved things though, has it? Do you think maybe there's a better way of helping countries like that? What do you think would happen to Iran if the U.S. decided to attack them too? They're actually a fairly progressive nation and most people I've met from Iran are very nice people. Most of them don't like their government and are trying to improve conditions and freedoms in their country. Bombing them into the stone age won't help. It sure hasn't helped the people in Iraq or Afghanistan.

Wow
"finemanm" I see Your point now. Yes, the logic, oh so clear now, Yes, let the preemptive love strikes of peace rain white phosphorus upon the People
Feel the love

Your rhetoric is sick, and Your reasoning is worse. There will be a point in time soon where Cosmic Karma will come back to repay the war mongers who parade in their real jihad of war, and destruction on a genocidal level; I used to not believe that, but in reading the pathetic arguments made by You, and others it is becoming more clear daily.

In the blinding light of clarity, and truth; Yet, You still defend the dark.

If you read my post you would know that my response was a direct response to the post above made by that Sanchez fellow. So, yes my response wasn't directly on point; however, I was addressing another ATSer's off topic post. Perhaps the mods should strike both of our responses.

Ah, I understand. You can't actually debate the point so you decide to call names and ignore the point. Lets recap:

You says that the US and Israel are genocidal, and post videos about how bad life is in Afghanistan. I respond by show how life was pretty bad in Afghanistan before the US invasion. You call me names. Nice!
