Yes it is.

Sonya Sotomayor replaced David Souter, who on the DC vs Heller case, dissented.

But she might surprise us even.

But probably not.

Out of everyone on the SC, the newly appointed Sotomayor is most likely to be the most partisan of all the Judges. This is the first high-profile landmark case that she is sitting on. Chances are she will try to grandstand this issue to establish a name for herself. Therefore, don't count on her surprising anyone with her vote.

Thankfully, none of the other Judges have anything to prove and will most likely vote on the merits of the case, not on personal belief.

Did you notice the same day they are deciding to pass stronger legislation for gun laws, they are seeking out more funds from our hard-earned money?

Senate Approves Stopgap to Keep Federal Government Running

So, take away our gun rights, and our money, that sure sounds like robbery.

Someone call 911...I do believe America has just been robbed...
