Need help with docu id

I was wondering wich one of you people could identify the name of the docu with a "robotic voice" it sounded almost the same as Thomas E. Castello but do not think its him. its about the german grucaders against the jewisch slave race of that age. Please go to 09:09 of the video. here is the link:
