(Video)Military checkpoints already being set up

Two videos posted on prisonplanet of people filming Military being given regular police duties. This is urgent news and I found these videos and must bring it out. This is breaking news!

Unless it has been "federalized" and placed under direct federal control, posse comitatus does not apply to a National Guard unit. When acting in their normal state (Title 32) duties it is perfectly legal to use the National guard for civilian duties on US soil.

Edit to add.... In the second video the young soldier seemed to have a MUCH better grasp on posse comitatus than the gentlemen making the video! DOH!
