Sydney turns red: dust storm blankets city

Let me tell you a little story about a band named, Slayer...

Back in 1986, Slayer released the best ever Heavy Metal album called Reign In Blood. The final track of the album was called Raining Blood and here's a couple of lines from it:

"The sky is turning red. Return to power draws near."

What does this have to do with Sydney, you ask?

On the 15th of October 2009, Slayer will be playing at Sydney... but not just an ordinary gig.

They will be doing a one-time gig in Australia where they will play the entire Reign In Blood album from start to finish. They've done this before in the USA and released it on DVD - called Still Reigning.

This is Heavy Metal prophecy coming true. Forget about the bible's prophecies... this is real. The sky turned red and the power that is Slayer draws near...

Well I am seeing Tori Amos, SIA and Pearl Jam all in the space of a month in a few weeks!! Nothing to do with red dirt though but I'm sure I can come up with something....

It feels so eerie and ominous to look at these photographs.
I have never seen anything like it in my life.

It just gives me a feeling that it portends something...awful.

I hope everyone there will be OK and not get sick because of this.

Well, yes... but I did find the conspiracy aspect in weather control that everyone else failed to see!

Lesson to the sheep: Follow Slayer. Their new album called World Painted Blood is out in a couple of weeks time. Note that again, World Painted Blood and how they got it right, as they started painting Sydney in blood red.

Slayer have engineered this red dust storm as a perfect PR stunt. jesus (if it was real) could not have done better. I shall now close the book of Slayer and return you to your more mundane weather conspiracy discussions.

Who said that Slayer need to use fans? Satan's force did bellow at the castles in the sky and produced the great winds that drove the reddening toward the blanketethed Sydney.

The prophecy has been witnessed. The foreboded smotething of the World will all end Painted in Blood.


(Just a little light-hearted humour, Mods. In a way, it's kind of relevant, as it shows how religious cults get to spew their crap with people believing it.)

What if the "Mosquito" being referred to is this Red dust storm? What if it is actually Satan poking his head in and saying hi?

Actually I am just pulling that out of my rectum lol. The whole idea that this red dust storm was the act of humans or some 'spiritual force' is beyond ridiculous and someone needed to point it out. Well done tezza

Tezzajw, I think your post is highly relevant - while driving to work during the dust storm I noticed Slayer posters along Parramatta Road, and I thought, 'Well there you go, this is the end - fo sho.' (That was the first day I noticed them by the way).

I haven't heard Slayer in probably 12 years - I got onto Youtube and found my favourite song from years back. I had the cassette and listened to it in my Walkman - in fact I ruined the tape from rewinding and playing it over and over while running after school. It was 'Skeletons of Society:'



And Kryties, Pearl Jam are indeed a little prophetic (or at least it correlated with my own Timewave research). Their song, 'Do the Evolution' which was released in 1998 has a specific line that mentions 2010:

I am ahead, I am advanced
I am the first mammal to make plans, yeah

According to the Timewave, July 27, 2010 (approx) resonates with September 1, 1859, which was the day of the largest solar flare in recorded history. Soon after we re-visit the American Civil War.

Hi Evasius and all, if Slayer and Pearl Jam are prophetic, what about the instrumental rock band from Texas, called "Explosions in the Sky".

Explosions in the Sky released a album in the first days of September 2001 (one week before 911) in the US, called "Those Who Tell The Truth Shall Die, Those Who Tell The Truth Shall Live Forever"

In UK the album was released in 10 September 2001.

Their artwork inside had a airplane illuminated by an angle with a warning "this plane will crash tomorrow"
Only one track had letters and were about war.

For a band called "Explosions in the Sky" this is VERY prophetic.
The guitar player was even one time arrested at a airport since he carried this inscription on his guitar.
It's a crazy story. As crazy as the people that dreamt with it the week before.

But the Pearl Jam "2010, comes the fire " is also very CURIOUS.
Well, listen also to Muse; not prophetic but the lyrics sounds like taken from a ATS thread.

Seeing Slayer/Megadeth in Melbourne. Driving to Adelaide to see Slayer/Megadeth. Flying to Sydney to see Slayer Reign In Blood.

I couldn't manage any more dates than those.

I'll be looking for the red sky following me around!!!

I won't be on ATS much that week. I'll have a lot of catching up to do with the 9/11 trolls when I get back!

Megadeth were great but Slayer were insane!!!

Amazing light show, the mosh went off and I had a fantastic night.
