I nearly freaking out when I heard this for the first time:

If you don't want to listen, a near hysterical man called Art Bell in 1997 claiming to be a former employee of Area 51. He details the crazy stuff going on there, but before his conversation finishes the entire radio station was literally taken off the air for minutes.

They say this guy was a hoax, that he called back days later saying it was a joke... but who knows?
