Has anyone noticed how many new posts are popping up about strange markings on skin?

Either this is a few people who have got together and decided to make it up, or it is a real phenomenon.

I, personally, believe this is a send-up.

Please prove me wrong.

My apologies, I must have missed these threads... What are these "markings" people are speaking of Spellbound?

Thanks!

If you look through the thread titles, you will see a few of them.

I have a gut feeling they are fake.

And my gut is usually right.

Yeah just did...

Seems the most common answers (that don't involve some sort of mystical nonsense) deal with Ringworm or a cheaply made Hair Dryer.

I'm gonna have to agree with you. This isn't Mel Gibson's horrible movie Signs and we won't see odd shaped marks popping up all over people.

Thanks for helping bring some truth to this subject OP before people begin to freak out and start to believe this nonsense!

I noticed that too. However, if you look at their dates, several of them are old threads. I only saw one that was posted recently.

Don't know what it means, but I wanted to point it out.

Of course, you could be referring to completely different ones that I haven't seen. If that is the case, just ignore me!

Thanks, Sli,

And I notice that since I posted this topic, none of these so-called 'marked' people have come forward defending their so-called scars.

What a load of crap, lol.

Hey, Glitch,

Some may be old, some may be new, but there were a lot of replies because a lot came up recently.

I don't believe it, myself.

I actually just looked a little closer at them and it appears there is a particular person bringing them all up. Don't know the rules on naming folks on here, but it is pretty obvious who it is.

I think the person is just new and can't post their own thread so they are trying to get a response to their own story in older threads.

OK,

There is a thread now proclaiming they are signs etc.

Maybe you could check that out, thanks.

Yup. Too many times I see threads created in a similar manner. Someone will stir up a sensationalized story like weird arm markings in this case, but usually something about UFO alien contact or a message from greater beings yadda yadda.

The reason why you'll never see many of these people defend themselves is because either they realize from others posts that they are being silly and over-reacting and just simply stop logging in (check the last log in dates for several people of this type, you'll be surprised at how many of them from the older threads with topics like this stop logging in), or become nothing more than viewers of the site who log in but no longer post comments.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Stories like this on ATS and the internet at large will stir up sensation for a while and then fizzle out. If nothing else grab some popcorn and sit back and enjoy the show!

I guess I made my Mel Gibson crappy movie reference too soon

Sometimes I wonder why I am even surprised on here at times...

YAY! I just knew it was bull#.

OK, I hate popcorn, but I've got my icecream - but I don't think there will be a show now that we have exposed them.

Is this a new one that has just been posted in? There are so many that I'm unsure which you are referring to.

I'm not saying you are wrong, I'm just pointing out what it looks like to me. The person has posted the exact same messages in each of the threads.

I've noticed that people often will just post in a topic without looking at the original date. I've even done it. I think this one person is spamming the threads to get attention to their marks and by consequence other people are replying to the threads. Basically, there is no real influx of skin markings, just one person creating a situation that appears that way.

Thanks, Glitch,

Maybe one person has a mark, but it is not happening all over the world and we are not at the end - just kidding, because I do not believe we are at the end.

Well i did post about having a strange hole in my chest and recommended everyone to check there bodies for strange marks.Maybe a lot of people did and found something strange.I beleive many people have strange marks on there bodies and do not know they are there.Thoses sneaky aliens have made there intrusion marks much smaller so to go undetected. The triangeled shaped pin holes i found on my foot two years ago was only found because it became ichy. That was a strange mark about one centemeter wide.Five exsact very small pin holes making up a triangle.Three as the triangle and two pinholes next to the bottom two pinholes.

What I would do if I was an alien, taking or visiting humans - I would just quietly put them down after I checked my experiments.

No need to return them.

Actually, the reason I checked out this thread is because the other night I woke up screaming and jumped out of bed clutching my left forearm. I turned on the light because there was a burning sensation and as I was probing my arm my fingers stopped on a lump. I squeezed it and it shocked me, as in an electrical discharge. My wife saw the blue spark and jumped out of bed and was staring at my arm as well. I checked it out carefully and was able to figure out that it is rectangular in shape, 1/4"x1/4"x approx. 1/16th" thick. I tried to get back to sleep but I kept having weird vibrations move through my body to the point that when I finally got up my vision was distorted. I was going to call my doctor to get it x-rayed and when I tried I was holding the phone in my left hand and there was a strange cyclic distortion on the line. I tried holding it in my right hand with the speaker phone on and ran it past the sub-dermal frustration in my left arm. What happened shocked me enough to turn off the phone entirely. The lump was the source of the interference. Next thing I tried was hooking my (I know this sounds weird) Ohm meter up through a coil and took some observations. At rest, the coil read 0.09 ohms, over the sight it changed every seven seconds between 144.3 and 294.06 ohms, and yes I tried it over other sights and got no reading. I went to the doc and he ordered x-rays not only of my arm but of my head because of the vision distortion. I got through them and he came in holding two films scratching his head. How the heck did you get this thing in your head, he asked and pointed to a glowing portion on the film behind my right ear but inside my skull. He showed me the image and I almost passed out as a fear about just what I had seen that night set in. What is it, I asked. It's a chip, and see that little coily thing right there, it's a transmitter, it was messing with the equipment. Get it out I demanded. I can't, it's in your brain. What about the thing in my arm? that's a chip too, and see right here on your left shoulder, that's another one.
There are no insertion points that either of us could discern, no scars, no abrasions. This isn't a joke, some odd things have happened not only prior to but following this. I lay down in bed to go to sleep, and suddenly I'm standing outside, no sleepwalking, I stand up and look through the wall and I'm there. In another place. It is called B-horsh' I can't talk about it right now, but it is were this thing took place the other night while I returned on what I call the centurion, which I believe operates within a time-space distortion, wherein I was intercepted/attacked, and frantically woke up to these "issues." Is there anyone else out there that can help me? I understand their tech well enough, I can't say more. I need to radio isolate these things, electricians, radio operators, help. If I create a strong enough homo-polar or tri-phasic magnetic field around this thing is it possible?
