Digital Recorder

Hi guys,

Im looking for a digital recorder to record my lectures in class. I dont know if I want a voice recorder because the professors will not be talking directly into it but I do need something that can record their voices clearly. Can any students recommend any particular brands that they are using currently to record their lectures?
