I think it has to start with us. We are the pool from which our leaders are derived.
The only real power they hold over us is controlling us through our emotions. There are plenty of qualified people to lead us who would be willing if
things were not the way they are.
As it is now if a person runs for office, every little bit of dirt, any mistakes, their families and children are all used as a weapon against them.
Truth be known, somebody with a less than stellar background is probably who we want in charge in the first place. These people with impenetrable
veneers of credibility, who won't share who they truly are with us are the problem.
The House was and is supposed to be a protective device made up of ordinary people. It was intended to give us power against the career politicians we
see in complete control today.
I find the fact they have even stooped to attacking peoples children beyond deplorable. I'm thoroughly and utterly disgusted by that behavior.
To make it worse we have Celebrities who suddenly proclaim themselves experts on everything and actually work to help rig elections one way or the
other. We have these 501(C)[3] groups who lie to the IRS to get Federal Funds and then openly campaign for candidates and they get away with it
because the IRS is a tool of whoever is in power at the moment.
It all seems insurmountable, but I don't think it is. Divided we have no power but as a united body nobody could control us. How people can not see
that the words of hatred they spew are put there on purpose by bad people that have power over them defeats me. It is becoming so apparent, so
obvious.
It must become us, the united We The People who are against them, the corrupt government we have allowed to flourish rather than us divided against
each other. The ivory towers would fall overnight.
