I mean i know that Medicine and Pharamcutical induristries are out to make us sick and make money off of us but thats not an exuse to give them more sick people? As in this website the writer writes such bull crap that you can laugh for a whole day wondering that there are people who think this way. Have a read on this page and see if you think this website is written by a sane person.
Also Note that there is no mention of High Fructose Corn Syrup on this website.

sounds really interesting, to be honest

i know celery, grapes, tomatoes, watermelon and citrus fruits have alot of water in them.

there's a few points that are off... .such as, it's good to get sun, but it should be the right kind of sun.. .before 10am and after 4pm-5pm (depending on location). beer can exacerbate candida albicans infections (yeast infection in the blood), so you'd want to avoid it altogether if you're yeasty. and it also raises estrogen levels and if you are prone to estrogen based cancers, you'd want to avoid beer. i suppose popping a lactobacillus acidophilus or other probiotic and only having like 1 beer or 1 glass of wine, would be okay.

in other words, it appears to be a good concept he's got going however, it would be completely contingent on the current health issues of the person.

I do enjoy hard-boiled eggs.
Taste GREAT with a dash of salt and are a fabulous source of protein. 12grams per, and I can easily eat 5 of them in one sitting.

But yeah, try eating ONLY protein for an extended period of time without bromelain extract to digest the excess protein and you are on the fast track to kidney failure.

Don't buy this poison.

But neglecting water in lieu of beer altogether is dangerous.

i have diabetes. i don't take insulin for it, but instead, eat alot of proteins and take alpha lipoic acid to balance sugar and methyl b-12 to regenerate nerve damage (since diabetics appear to lose the enzyme to make methyl b-12 and this accounts for the onset of peripheral nerve damage and neuropathy). i don't eat just proteins tho. i have bran, barley juice, v-8 spicy hot, and my personal diabetic favorite -- bubble gum.

well i know what he's trying to say, is the problem. we know too much of anything is not good. even too much protein can be bad. too much beer is bad and so on. but in small amounts, almost ALMOST anything can be good for ya. beer is made from hops, afterall:

same for red wine. red wine can be good for you in small amounts due to an ingredient that thins the blood by lowering its clotting factor. this benefit, however, only works for people who don't have other health issues such as hemophilia and is really only beneficial if you have a problem with clogged arteries and such.

I stopped at "You don't have to drink water!"

Easily the most ridiculous comment I have ever heard in my life. The interesting thing for me, is that I do not EVER take any form of pain relief pills or the anything for that matter.

When I don't feel good, I drink a glass of water. 9/10 times when someone does not feel "right", it is because they are dehydrated.

So what do they do when they don't feel right? They take a pill, designed to aleviate the SYMPTOMS, not the PROBLEM. And as soon as it wears off, they take more. It's such an obvious cycle that it's ridiculous.

My latest girlfriend was a HUGE advil fan when she met me. Soon enough, we were together and she "wasn't feeling right", and grabbed for her purse. I said wait, gave her a 500ml bottle of water and told her to drink all of it. So she did, and 20 minutes later she felt much better.

Don't just take my word for it, try it yourself. Quit minimizing the symptoms and start solving the problems.

But yeah, I see what you are saying in your first post.
All of this depends on the existing diet of the INDIVIDUAL. Stuff like this can't be catered to people on a platter.

For instance, I DO start the day with caffiene. But instead of coffee, I hit the double-whammy and go with Mountain Dew.

I drink too much soda.

WAY, WAY too much sugar.
So, what does someone who eats the equivalent of a full cup of sugar straight per day do?
I'm not sure, but that person would be well-served to stay away from as many starchy foods as they can.

It is not as cut and dry as this person leads someone to believe.

It is a balance. Your body is an "ecosystem" of its own.
If you were a genius, you COULD eat whatever you liked, so long as you were able to counter those things with their opposite in a harmonious balance.

Yadda yadda yadda.

for diabetics and autistics, taking regular b 12 vitamins or eating foods with naturally occuring b 12 vitamins doesn't work. their bodies don't break down the b 12 vitamin into it's methyl form. the methyl form is imperative for nerve regeneration and as a result, when nerves die, they never regenerate, leading to peripheral nerve damage in diabetics and autism in children born with the missing codon? for the enzyme that extracts methyl b-12 from normal b-12.

i wonder if he covers that in his book.


here's a doctor who is pioneering methyl b-12 treatment for austistic children, which he found had the pleasant side effect of erasing diabetic neuropathy and peripheral nerve damage

believe me, i know he's right. i was in such excruiating pain from the neuropathy as the nerves in my feet, legs, hands and related joints started to die. i was told it was something i'd have to live with as a diabetic. i wasn't satisfied with that answer. so i looked it up and found dr. neubrander's solution. worked like a charm. been taking it ever since. about a year now.
