UFO or pterodactyl over Argentinian lake?

OK I spotted this and did a quick search under it's title and found nothing. Also I got a bunch of error while searching.

UFO or pterodactyl over Argentinian lake?

The object, photographed by a fisherman near San Rafael over an artificial lake called El-Nihuil, was, according the the newspaper Los Andes, witnessed by more than one person.

Mr Pino, 44, from San Rafael, fishes on the lake and told Los Andes that he often goes down to the water to watch the swans. On Saturday last week, however, he noticed a strange object hovering over the lake and took a series of photographs on his mobile phone.

This has been posted before (recently too)
It is a picture taken from inside a vehicle, through the windscreen.
What you are seeing is a chipped windscreen.
LOL.

Yup, that is what it looks like to me.
absolutely not a pterodactyl!

Well, I pushed the munkey buttons for a s and f, but then saw the pic was already presented on ATS.
