Organizations train all the time...the thing I have realized is that police and military can never do any right by everyone

ono matter WHEN they train they are always preparing for something...on the other hand if they never train then they are unprepared. What about all the other times your police trained for riots? Were they preppeing for something?

The truth is yes they are prepping but I highly doubt it is some massive conspiracy just because you happen to see them train in what we all want to believe is a time of upcoming crisis
