DUBAI, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh said on Wednesday Shi'ite rebels in the north were receiving funding from groups in Iran as well as from Iraqi Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr.
