UFO 'filmed for 40 minutes' by scientist

I got to my office this morning and as is customary for me, I scan a few news and scientific sites (ATS also of course) for new or breaking news. I found this article on a local news site and thought it might be interesting to get some input from those ATS'ers that clearly know more about this stuff than I do ... is it real? ... is this finally the proof we've been looking and (some of us) hoping for? ... Or is it just another hoax? ... Is this an old video clip that someone recognises? ... ???
