Oh noes! You have a very flawed understanding of orbital mechanics!
You could actually put a planet, say the size of Jupiter in the same orbit as Earth given Jupiter must travel in the same orbital velocity.
And it if it had enough angular momentum with respect to the Sun, it can actually 'graze' the Sun at blinding speeds without falling into the Sun(given the tidal forces don't rip it apart).
Get back to your physics textbooks, pls!
P.S. I also don't believe in Nibiru close encounters given the current facts. But like I said, you still need to brush up your orbital knowledge.
