State Does Not Respond To FOIA Requests

In an attempt to get to the bottom of what really happened on 9/11, citizen investigator Aidan Monaghan has filed dozens of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with federal agencies such as the FBI, SEC, Department of the Navy, and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Agency after agency has refused to comply with his requests, instead claiming that the information cannot be found, does not exist, was never properly filed, or even, from the FAA, that it was simply "not in a position to release said records at this time."

Totally and completely unsurprising. Must hide the truth at all costs.

What was that "promise" our leader made to get elected about transparency? About as transparent as lead.

Yeah, I see they are still above the laws of the United States, it does not apply to them, and they do not have to answer to the people any longer. We have lost our government to huge greedy corporations; remember it always about the money.
I have never seen such a mass cover-up and deceit against the truth and the American people. As far as I am concern those that are helping to hide the truth are traitor to the American people and to our country and should be prosecuted for treason.

Plenty to hide and then they have their disinformation artist pack dogs swarming all over the internet doing emergency damage control. Plenty to hide there too; but of course the pseudoskeptics and shills see nothing.

We the People have lost control of OUR Republic. and OUR children no longer have a future to dream about. Just a nightmare world to live in as slaves to the Corporate Elite. Maybe if they hold down two full-time jobs such as McDonalds and Burger King, they can at least survive.

And of course there are the Lotteries and the dog tracks and the gambling casinos as a reliable source of extra income.

But don't expect any cooperation from our totally corrupt Federal and state governments, nor from their politicized agencies.

WOW one of the worst tragedies in American history yet they lack documentation of it??? *sigh* people these days...

It's pretty hard to give files to people filing FOIAI requests when they've already DESTROYED them isn't it?

Do you seriously think that they were going to leave a papertrail behind that could lead to the actual culprits?

When they ordered the FAA to destroy the flight controller tapes from 9/11 I knew at that point who did it - the very people who gave the orders.

"Do the orders still stand, sir?"........"Of course they do, have you heard anything to the contrary?" - There's your culprit.

Why is there a disclaimer only on the 911 threads? I thought ATS was free speech site. And what is trolling?

Back to topic. I think it is gonna take more than a FOIA request to get them to spill the beans. More like a thousdand people armed at the front doors of said oraganizations and drag them out by there feet. The time for voting,protest, request are past . Need to kick things up a notch.

PLAY in 9/11.

We need to start kicking down doors and getting angry.

It's too bad you don't see thousands of protestors in the streets like you
see in other countries. That gets media attention!

DISA has openly stated that there was satellite activity in the time zone of 07:00-09:00 A.M. on the morning of 9/11 to Dubya`s limo, but they could not hand over the evidence of what was watched as it is not in their hands, the FOIA paper trail led to the White House Office whom admit such evidence does exist, but cannot find it, that`s the problem with letting the B.B.C. archive it I guess.
