Ilyushin and Yakovlev showed the cockpit of their common new MS-21 passenger aircraft at MAKS03. On 21 July, the MS-21 project won the competition to provide Rosaviakosmos with a new-generation passenger aircraft to carry between 132-174 passengers.

It's a "glass cockpit" The multifunctional displays (MFDs) replace most of the stuff you're used to.

Note that there are two primary MFDs for redundancy in case one goes out. When one device diplays nearly all the cockpit gauge functionality, it's a good idea to have two of them. There is only one center display, but it's probably for less critical information.

Also notice the western style artificial horizon - they're aiming this at the export market.

Typical western artificial horizon:

Text from RosBusinessConsulting article, 7 August 2003:

Aircraft of the MS-21 family, that were designed by the aircraft designing companies Ilyushin and Yakovlev, have won a tender on creating short and medium-long range planes. The tender was held by the Russian space agency Rosaviakosmos. MS-21s will be manufactured in accordance with international standards and they are to replace passenger aircraft Tu-154Ms and Yak-42s, Alexander Smirnov, the deputy head of the civil aviation development department of Rosaviakosmos, told RBC.

Investments attracted on a commercial basis will be the main source of financing this program. This project will be included on the federal target program on developing civil aircraft in Russia in the period from 2002 to 2015. The total volume of investments in the project on creating the MS-21 aircraft family will amount to 15bn rubles (about $500m), Smirnov added.

I know this thread is almost two decades old, but since the MS-21 first flew in early 2017, I found this link containing images of the MS-21 cockpit:
