I have seen that before a long time ago. It seems a bit contrived to me
as the Human face can easily be distorted to seem like anything
ones imagination would care to see

This video popped up here on ATS about 6 months or so ago.

If I remember correctly it was deemed the result of an old camera.

The quality of the video is too bad to tell either way. It looks like it is from a cell phone. I really wish that manufacturers would quit putting cameras on phones, because then there wouldn't be as many low quality pictures and videos. I have a camera for taking pictures and a camcorder for video, and the quality is better this way.

the cam resolution is way to poor to tell really.

OHH FFS! I was watching a Sumer Glau clip on youtube last night, an interview, and she started turning "reptilian". It's just the cameras, or the flash software or something. Summer Glau aint no Reptile.

I used to go out with her...time of the month. They all do it!
