This aircraft was built by General Dynamics (Fort Worth), now part of Lockheed Martin, and first flew in 1986. It is a single-seat Mach 3+ reconnaissance aircraft for NRO, and significantly more stealthy than the SR-71A.
Looks a bit YF-23ish from the top, the cockpit, engine humps if you get what i mean.
