Just a thought I had earlier. I wonder if the USAF had cloud-seeded Katrina over the Gulf, knowing full well that this would have caused the storm to expand and gain more energy. By flying in grid-patterns inside the eye they exploited the energy that was avaliable and used this knowing full-well that New Orleans with a mostly black population was going to be hit hard.
This in turn would have ensured that Obama would get into power during the next election as Bush struggled to get supplies down the southern states as he was juggling with Iraq and afghanistan, and the NWO pre-planned Obama to get into office before the elections had already begun.

I understand that he is mixed race, but why should colour play into it at all? I know a disproportionate amout of african-americans voted for him soley due to his skin colour but really, this whole race thing has gotten out of hand.

Just my humble opinion, of course. . .

Bush Jnr sent Bush Snr, B Clinton and H Clinton and Obama to New Orleans...Why send Obama with the other presidents?

He knew who was to take his seat....

Katrina was actually a very well executed plan. It was the most well executed evacuation ever.

The media made the hype that is was a disaster, it wasn't.

Despite popular belief, many white people live in NO as well.

And many of the remainders were white.

Most of the people surveyed who decided to stay did have a way to get out, they chose not too.
Most of the people were older. And who was able to get out. They diddn't, because they didnt' think it would be that bad. Most were old enough to remember CAmille.

Camille was a far worse hurricane then katrina.

The only reason Katrina did more damage was because of the erosion of the wetlands for oil developement. Most most locals wouldn't know this. That they were less protected then 40 years ago.

And, only 15% of the population is black. Even if every black man, woman, and child were to vote, it would not be enough to elect Obama.

Im sorry but that has to be the most outlandish theory I have ever heard. It's theories like this that make people look us and laugh. There are so many holes in this theory that I could drive an aircraft carrier through it. For one Obama was a junior senetor in Jan 2005. Barack Obama started his campaign Febuary 11 2007. Katrinia hit Aug 29th 2005.

Maybe if you find out who all were in the USAF flights through Katrina( like an all white Klan), it could add a better angle to your theory.

As it is now, I will politely say no way on your theory.
