You might want to take a look here for a rundown of what the laws are and have been over the years. Mandatory vaccination has been going on since 1809 (I didn't know they even had vaccines back then).

While I'm not happy about the prospects of being forced to have the vaccine, it looks like public health overrules personal rights.

Oh im sure this would cause alot of problems, e.g. people refusing to take it and causing a scene maybe a group to rebel!

Y'all might want to take a gander over here where I just finished writing a post that ties in with this perfectly.
