I'm a conspiracist, like the thousands of people who flock this site every day. I believe in many conspiracies, but the one conspiracy that no matter what changes, has stayed with us for a very long time:

Does it matter to ATS who's president? Be it Republican, Democrat, Independent?

No matter who becomes the president, will there always be a majority of people on here who believe that the president will be a figurehead in our discussions?

I saw it with Bush, and now with Obama.

The one thing I hear from many people on here is that we need a politician who is not "blinded" by politics, but even if that were true, would it still fit for him once he became president?

What about a guy like Ron Paul? Many people on here love him, but if he were to become president, would he get the same treatment?

My question for ATS is this:

Do you believe that it's not political, ideological, social, economical?

That it may be just conspirical because we want it to be?

IMO, The answer to your question at the bottom of your thread is NO it woudn't be just conspiritical because we want it to be.

If, and again I say IF a leader came along who would end the fed by creating our own monitory means (U.S. Money), reform the policies that are against our Constitution and Bill of Rights, pull the curtain back, expose the powers that be along with so much more then maybe we could see that he was walking the talk. But then he would be a DEAD PRESIDENT! As so many past Presidents who have tried to make real change.

Nothing will change no matter who takes office as President as they are all puppets while the puppet masters pull the strings as it has always been since the begining of time.

It's they're job to take our libertes, it's our job to stop them and the end game will soon be here as it has on this earth time and time again.

Alright ATS memebers, attack away as you always do

YES! YES!

They say politics is genetic. Like minded people find each other. We will never be in total agreement when it comes to many political issues. It is only our current civilized society that we have created here is this country that keeps us from beating or killing each other (most of the time). I had hoped that ATS would be a site where civilized discourse would prevail about any topic. Lately it has not when it comes to politics.

You mean to say that if Obama was assassinated, he would be a worthy president? I think that I can recognized a good president even if he would not be killed. Only time, sometimes years or decades after, will prove the impact that a man in such power will have made. As for Obama, I fear for our nation that he would be assassinated. I think it would tears us apart.

It doesn't mean SQUAT who is President, the president and our entire govt is for all intents and purposes bought and sold by the various factions before they even enter office.

Regardless of what morals or ideals they come with our system of checks and balances is paid for by other interests, there is very little they can actually do.

I honestly wasn't thinking about Obama in my post. I stand by my posting as a factual statement because the only way we as true americans could believe in a president without conspiritial ties it would require all the conspiritories would have to be disclosed to the public period!

The real puppet maters exposed
U.S. Monitory system without the Fed
UFO disclosure with amnisty to those who have killed to protect the secrets
Total disclosure of all things we have done (conspirisy theories)
Less Gov
True Reform

Those are just a start, if anybody attempted to change just those things they would be killed!

Well it depends on what the person does in office. I think generally there will always be conspiracies around. But what most people hope for in a representative is honesty and a reason to believe they are a good person. There is a saying "By their deeds you shall know them". It's secrecy, scandals, and lies that breed conspiracies.

The more transparency, the less lies, the less scandals, there will be fewer conspiracies. I think I find more conspiracies regarding the Bush & Clinton administrations than I do regarding Obama. Although he's definitely starting to get them.

I think the reason why people flock to candidates like Ron Paul is because they are consistent and have fewer lies and scandals surrounding them. People want truth and those politicians standing on that platform will have fewer conspiracies.

If a President investigated every major conspiracy, would you trust them more or less? Sure there would probably be a few conspiracies regarding if they're telling the whole truth and why they are investigating such things. But generally I think that person would have significantly fewer conspiracies surrounding them. But after all the President really isn't the focus of too many conspiracies, especially those regarding UFO's & Aliens.

Most politicians are puppets, and as long as they do what they are
told they are offered all kinds of temptations that can be used to
blackmail them via ppl running the game in the shadows.

Ppl like Ron Paul are not corrupt, they thought they could control
JFK, but found out they were wrong so JFK was killed.

JFK had the foresight to warn of these ppl in one of his speeches
as did Eisenhower.

Ron Paul's policies are too unpopular for him to EVER be elected,
or his son for that matter.

Too many parasites at the top and at the bottom like their gravy
train to stay just like it is.

That is why all governments fall at some point.

Not a few, not some, but all, and this one will be no exception
much as the founding fathers knew.

The question is will it fall victim to the NWO, or to a return to what
the founding fathers wanted for us.

Right now I am thinking the NWO has the battle well in hand,
they got blue helmets on backup.

You don't think so?

Let's look at Bush. When Bush was campaigning, he spoke on about UFOs during his first campaign. An unidentified citizens tells Bush that over half the population of the United States believes in UFOs. He asks if Bush would tell us what the hell is going on.

Bush promises he will, and even states Dick Cheney knows a little about it, seeing he was the secretary of defense once.

When Bush got into office, he never said anything ever again about releasing UFO files.

Clinton, though, did much good work for our cause, with the Executive Order he gave out.

No, think about. A new president spends the first 2 years cleaning up from the last and getting settled in. He then spends the next 2 years getting ready for the next election. That's the first 4 years.

If he is re-elected he's still doing a clean up and figuring things out job.

There is no way he is running anything. It's the people that have the positions for 20+ years that run things like the military and others. He's just a puppet.

my 2 pennies.

I think G.W. Bush was one of the best presidents of all time.

Hear me out.

Because he was so transparent and his acting was so terrible, that I think a lot of people really started to see through the illusion. That the President is insignificant and that there is a much larger picture. We are living in a global plantation. Corporations and the wealthy ruling elite have the real power on this planet, at least in human terms.

Americans are given a choice between two parties and they call it Democracy! LOL.

One less option and it would be a dictatorship.

I agree. Pres Kennedy through Ex Order 11110 tried to go around the Fed. He was killed and the order ignored. (The treasury issuing silver certificates)

If Obama wanted to he could try the same thing of course he would be killed too.

Here is the problem. We don't elect officials, we are given two choices and have to pick one. Unfortuantly, there are two sides to a coin but they are both the same coin.

If we were truly electing officials, we would choose them and lift them up to the position, not have people "run" for office like it is a land grab. There should be no need to "campaign" because if we were truly electing, then it would be just what it says "elect" them.

No official should ever run, they should be "elected", that is, have the people of the community say "I think Tom, Dick or Jane should be our leader" then have the community (at the consent of who they are electing of course) serve. Until people see this, we will always have the same Government regardless of who is there.

A quarter is a quarter no matter which side lands up. They are only good for wishing wells, oh yeah and "Homies".

Peace

P.S. Just thought you might like to know what campaign means.

campaign Look up campaign at Dictionary.com
1647, from Fr., campagne "open country," from O.Fr. champagne "open country" (suited to military maneuvers), similar to It. campagna, from L.L. campania "level country," from L. campus "a field" (see campus). Old armies spent winters in quarters and took to the "open field" to seek battle in summer. Extension of meaning from military to political is Amer.Eng. 1809. The verb is first attested 1701.

I think they all serve the same masters, and the liberal/conservative conflict is staged. the real polarity in government is those who serve the NWO and those who don't.

Well, then, my next question is this:

If you believe both sides are just the same, who did you vote for in the election?
