Considering the hour and the sunset, clearly visible in the sky, they seem to be going roughly in the S/SE direction.
And while there IS flickering visible (another poster said there wasn't), I am perfectly willing to believe the posters from Poland who said they do not use Chinese or any other flying lanterns there.

Lanterns would flicker more – there is no flicker.
