Myspace blocks Obama joker pic

Have any of you tried to have it as avatar here on ats ?
Do you think it will be removed from ATS ??

Well that shows you how bent Myspace is.

What do you need Myspace for anyway? Just use some free blog space somewhere. Myspace is a scam.

Everybody should use the image as their avatar. Make an army of JokerBama's!!!

Wow... I do have to say thats a bit much.

On one hand, myspace does have the right to ban any images its wishes...

On the other hand, I still have yet to see the "offensiveness" of the picture. I think people are just taking this way to personally. Its just a picture, its not racist, and its not graphic or pornographic so whats the big deal?

I wonder if someone will add this look to any of his past speeches and post it on youtube.
I also wonder if this has something to do with Muslims as well, such as with Mohammed.
I'd also like to hear what Obama says about this and free speech. Obama does have a sense of humor. Let him be the judge as a test of his true american type sensibilities.
Myspace is only going to incite more of this. Not exactly a very clean site either.

Lets not forget that Bill Clinton was said to have a hit list trail of dead foes also. Not that Obama does, but there has been some suggestion of henchmen.

I would like to hear Obama's take on this also. That would be very interesting, I honestly think he'd laugh it off...

And no, myspace isn't a very clean site. I've seen plenty of pics on there that are FAR more offensive than this, and some that don't offend but are very graphic to say the least.

Not sure about a Muslim connection though... what makes you think that?

Agreed. I figure if someone wants to put up a graphic that lets the world know "lol dudez im an idoit rolfboxx0rz" then more power to them.

Bu then, who really expects Myspace to make any sense at all?

for sure man, sometimes i think myspace sux a$$ haha, but im not into the whole getting a new facebook or twitter thing.. forget that, it took me long enough to make my myspace haha
