Soviet Breakdown, was it an illusion?

, and it is a video with a former KGB agent who worked in there psy/ops active programs, in other words, running plans to demoralize and destabilize America into a crisis situation, with at which at the end of the game plan , they send in the tanks and troops to Normalize us. My question I pose is different from that thread, my question is it possible that the fall of the Soviet Union was only propaganda, could we actually be under the destabilization plan talked about on youtube?
