Ok - I will probably get in trouble for posting this, or its posted in the wrong thread but I saw this and found it amusing.

Its the big ben crop circle:

There are lots more amazing crop circles here:

Just to make a point - I am fascinated by some of the real crop circles and believe some are real mysteries....some our obviously man made but others are puzzling.

OMG that had to be created by aliens. How could a bunch of guys create something so complex in the middle of a crop field using crops. That PROVES it is made by something other worldly.

Tell you what mate..

if that was built overnight in a populated place, it would confirm to me alien life makes crop circles

especially if it reads

"People of Britain we have come" in hologram form on it

seriously be amazing to wake up one day and turn on the TV and on every station there is a dock off 10+ mile spaceship hovering above Manchester (most likely London but i don't care i can wish right?) and i look out the window and sure enough it's there

Wow, that is some amazing work of art. Very impressive. It just proves what human beings are actually able to create. If this can be done, then crop circles could easily be made too.

The Manchester Evening News has this story as well, with more details (but no pictures of past projects, which are equally as spectacular).

This stunning replica cost several thousand pounds. It was done in a relatively short time too.

It took a day to put up and then the weekend after we added the finishing touches, the generators and gearbox.

On another note, I wouldn't really classify this as a "crop circle"
More like... crop art
