Although that site does seem to have some beneficial links (I only spent 20 seconds on it), it's completely intolerable! Bad color combination!

It hurt my eyes.

I tried about ten of the links, only two of them worked...was just going randomly...some of them were access denied, some just page not found...the colors ARE bad, but links not working is worse.

well the internet moves ... sorry for the broken links... and it sure isnt due to spending cut backs on the governments part I can assure you... and the bad colors are ment to be offensive...
do what I did, click on source and copy the code...
