FOX News Films Ufo At Gilliland Ranch!!

I'm with you. I want to see a gigantic craft that is undeniably not from here. I'm sick and tired of these points of light in the sky that could be anything.

Problem with all that is it would just be called CGI. Now I know the Haiti footage is hoaxed, but this serves as a pretty good example. Even if we had a full-fledged authentic Independance Day type craft on video people would say "hey, see that rock and that rock... They're the same! CGI."

Not saying it is as simple as that, but the fact is it almost is. Computer technology is incredible. Anything can be made to appear real. What we need now is diplomatic conformation. Nothing else will suffice.

I mean, for the love of Pete, we now have like 5 governments openly admitting that they have secretly investigated this thing for decades and have no affirmative answers yet we STILL get the same skeptics in here saying everyone involved is a liar and they aren't real.
It is a joke, really.

And until we get that diplomatic conformation the general public can't be bothered to care.
And most likely when we DO get that conformation the same general public will just be like "huh, cool... aliens are real."

It is sad really.

CNN has done several segments on UFOs (with a lot of integrity I may add), from the Phoenix Lights to other events. Larry King has done several shows on the subject. The only reason Hannity is doing this is to take a little break from bashing Obama

Well I don't live there, but I grew up nearby and still travel through there a bit...this ranch is really starting to get over-hyped. Rarely as a kid did I ever see anything odd in the sky over Mt. Adams (yep lots of satellites). I've never heard of anyone claiming to see aliens or any spectacular UFOs out there either, though the nearby Yakama (Yakima) Reservation had some reports of odd "lights" in the 70s.

What you might get are Bigfoot stories. Mt. St. Helens is just west of Mt. Adams and that area between the two mountains is pretty rugged. Before St. Helens erupted, Ape Cave and the forest around there had plenty of spooky stories. I'm going on a hike near there next weekend, and actually I plan on climbing Mt. Adams next year.

I wouldn't get your hopes up if you visit--this is no Area 51.

Only after painting the background with rather broad historical strokes and framing it as "conspiracy theory", does the report convey any detail in a way which approaches "fair and balanced" reporting.

Sure, it's nice that UFOs are receiving attention in the mainstream media, but, (to me at least), most of it seems blatantly designed to be pooh-pooh'ed as so much fluffy nonsense.

I have actually seen one, why do you think I'm here? I'm not into a lot of this conspiracy stuff, I am here because I saw a god damn UFO, and I want to know more about what I saw.

You should really open your mind to the possibility that we actually don't have it all figured out.

The problem as I see it is the ships move to fast.

When I look at videos I have to stop and start many times to be able to catch it just right.

Slow is what is needed.

No one has reliable evidence of a UFO on camera, or any other media as it happens. So quite obviously YOU should be the one providing evidence of what you saw. Since you can't even do that, you lose the debate.

I have lived in the T.L. area for nearly 20 years, quite near James's 'Ranch'. I and thousands of others that make thier living in the Mt Adams area have walked all over that mountain, there is even a foot trail that leads to the sumit. james plants and re plants these stories on the web as it is free advertising enabeling him to milk the UFO/Paranormal/Native American Lore gravy train. For money he will show bumpkins a cattle bed under a Ponderosa pine tree and say it is the nest of a flying sasquatch. He makes money while I have to deal with chanting and drums at night as well as phone calls from Strange People at night asking about UFOs. James interaction with the T.L. community has left most locals with the feeling that he is a manipulator,charlatan and a fraud

I wouldn't call him a fraud, I think he actually believes that something is happening there, as do many of the people that go there. He's clearly not making a ton of cash off this, although he could.....

Like I said, i went there, used his cabin, hung out, ate hot dogs....never did they ask for money.

here is a question for you
If there is lots of these "ufo's" flying about at the ranch why do you only see them at night?
and is this topic an attack on Fox or a discution on "ufo's"?
