Aug. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Ford Motor Co.’s July U.S. sales rose 2.3 percent, leading the way as the government’s so-called cash- for-clunkers incentive may have helped the auto industry to its strongest pace this year.

Other major automakers reported declines, including 19 percent for General Motors Co., 25 percent for Nissan Motor Co., 17 percent for Honda Motor Co. and 9.4 percent for Chrysler Group LLC.

That is right. Corporations do not have allegiance to America, they only care about the bottom line. They want to maximize profits and if that means eliminating American jobs for cheap labor in China then so be it. They do not care about the people, they care about making money.

Now if there was incentives like tax credits to keep jobs in the country maybe they would be interested in saving American jobs.

The people in Washington know exactly what they are doing. Their doing it for their own monetary gain , They don't care one bit for their peasants . That would be the common working American person . Just like what was it about 8 years ago when they started commercials on t.v. about how you can borrow money or my favorite is cash for gold . Well that's because the U.S. Treasury has none . It's all in China . That is when it all started . Now I'm not saying all people are stupid . But stupidity pays the White Collar the most so for education , They want to eliminate it all to gather . Two tear system . Just call me a slave . I'm blue collar and what will fire you up even more is that I refuse to vote for any of these lying peaces of fecal mater , As far as I'm concerned there are way to many lawyers in this country , But Ancient Roman Law makers would be proud , Give them sex drugs " Pull the wool over their eyes " So what distractions dose the government give you .

Part of it will be for money, but now it is mostly for power and control

But just like in 1933 they will try a FDR style gold seizure is my bet.

we will likely see them come door to door to all those who bought

You best bet is to make caches of things that will help you and

Star and Flag that you are paying attention Slayer.

I wish I could get you to see the true depth of what is coming,
but I admit it is hard to believe what I have been saying.

As for the small problem that GM is, compared to some of the giant
ones, this was a VERY simple plan.

They are making two separate GMs an international one with no
unions, no US laws, no EPA, no OSHA, no debt load, etc etc.

In China all the dissident prison labor will be making your car,
and in India and Russia.

China is the model society per Rockefeller, keep that in mind.

The GM here in the US will be the dead man walking, a mere skeleton
setup to collapse in totality once all the operation is offshored.

All planned, years ago, and as I alluded to above, much worse
is yet to come for the T-bills, Bonds, The Dollar, 100's of banks,
and ....

GM May Need More U.S. Job Cuts as Buyouts Fall Short

Aug. 3 (Bloomberg) -- General Motors Co. may have to cut more U.S. hourly jobs after an offer of buyouts and early retirements fell about 7,500 workers short of the reorganized automaker’s target.

The possibility of layoffs was disclosed today by Sherrie Childers Arb, a spokeswoman, in an interview after GM announced that more than 6,000 United Auto Workers members, or 11 percent of the hourly workforce, left the company on Aug. 1.

Ford the biggest winner in the 'Cash for Clunkers' program

Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) is the only U.S. car company left standing that hasn't succumbed to government aid or taken a path through bankruptcy. But, in a way, it has found a little help from the U.S. government recently, as it posted the first monthly sales gain since 2007 on the back of the "Cash for Clunkers" trade-in program that worked so well, the initial billion dollars for the program is already exhausted.

It took about a week for consumers to plow through rebates up to $4,500 from the government and to swipe almost the entire $1 billion from the program. There was so much demand that the program was feverishly being planned to be extended with new government money. Ford alone saw a 2.4% increase over last year. $2 billion more was approved for the program by Congress, so will Ford continue to see gains with the new money? August could end up being larger than July, yes?

Never too early to start drinking. NEVER. Obama WILL buy you a new liver (harvested from a Chinese convict, probably in one of the soon to be filled Chinese internment camps, probably in Boston), but you will have to wait your turn on the list, below a Canadian who had to come to the former US for medical treatment because of HIS low position on the list.

In all seriousness, I'm all for GM moving it's entire operation to China. ALL of it. We have enough cutthroats here that will sell their own mothers into prostitution already. Good riddance to all that want to go away. GM can carry ALL of itself to China, and make room for an innovator that wants to produce something that an American wants to buy. They can take their labor unions with 'em.

I'm all for outlawing GM, and calling in all their debts. That'll teach 'em to bite that hand that feeds.
