The article says it will be launched in 2011 or 2012 - but it will not be compulsory...
How many of you think a similar card will be introduced here in the U.S?

It's already in the works.

Except now it's a National ID Health Card.

Do you mean like the Social Security card? Which is already used as a national ID card.
