UFO IN Philippines ??

As I Go to the grocery buying some foods etc im going home to take a ride with a jeepney or a car i look up in the sky i always look up in the sky in that area because of a wide space up in the sky because there i no tall buildings in that area its near in tutuban robinsons mall as i look up in the sky i saw a fast moving object like a 8 feet wider in the sky and about 3kilometers high above the sky i stop for a moment and observe and until it move on the clouds and its gone.

i know its not a chinese lantern because this place is place of working not a weather balloon sure is there is no scientist in my town and not a helium balloon because it will pop up at that high im sure i saw a ufo and up in the sky its silvery like a metal i wish i've bring my camera or my binoculars to observe it but no one knows it. it doesnt matter for me if you dont believe but its true i just dont have a proof.

Keep your eyes and ears open maybe someone else got a picture of this!
Ask around your town and see if anyone else saw it.

Do you have any ideas what it could be?
