im calling this so called maitreya a liar i would love for someone to confront him and strike him down with a plague. and if you like this maitreya then you should also be struck down with a plague. you will be a follower of a beast that i will never stand for and i will never bowdown for.

I'm a Christian. I'm already well aware of his deceiving tactics. Please forgive my jumping the gun earlier.

Ny the way, here is a great video on the U.N's agenda on why they desire more then any other religions to eliminate Christianity and Judaism. Very interesting and worth watching imo.

apology accepted. we need to make sure hardly anyone gets fooled. we have prophecy against him so none one can truthfully be fooled uness they are anything other than christian or jewish so do you spread the message and are you prepared to fight against him?

Yes I try to here. I try with select people at the moment that I know in rl, but the fact is not to many in the West have really heard of Maitreya. The general consensus of most people is if they don't see it on MSM then it doesn't exist, and if the MSM reports it a certain way then thats how they will believe it. Thats what I was saying earlier when I said people will believe it when it happens. I have told a friend who is a pastor who seems interested in the aspect of it all, but my other friend was just like meh, and he's a christian also. It will be just as hard if this Maitreya does do all of this, because most will like what they hear. He will be very convincing.

Well your entitled to your beliefs. Didn't mean to offend when I said that.

I still don't understand the usage of the title Maitreya. When I first saw it used was in association with Michael Shrieve the percussionist. I thought it was a name or title taken by a person to denote or mark their spiritual advancement. From what I know of Michael Shrieve, I don't think that he would want to be associated with the Maitreya that is being talked about now. This one sounds like he should be loosely likened to the antichrist if you want to believe in that. Maybe someone could enlighten me on what the real meaning of the title is.

I searched it and there was not even one semi reliable source that mentions it. The ones that do mention it.. say it could happen or they use the UN as a reference for some statistic they quote. Maitreya does not work with the UN, unless maybe he is the janitor there.

I never said when the sweeping down of the stars has taken place. I was just saying that what that person was referring to takes place in Revelation 12, not 1.

By the way, I feel that that verse may have a duel fulfillment. When Satan fell, and again something cosmic will happen in the future. We will just have to wait and see though.

There have been people expecting the Maitreya for over 100 years. Benjamin Creme isn't the first one to talk about him.

One question for you, why would the AntiChrist need his own website?

Why does the president need his own website? The answer being to get information out. Remember that at this point, whomever the Antichrist is, isn't known. He's a seemingly ordinary guy. Having a website would be the best way to get the information out and not look crazy [to all anyway]. If this Maitreya is the Antichrist, then having a website is a good thing because, he is the long awaited New Age messiah and there are thousands of people around the world expecting him.

still hard to believe that members of this forum are still refering God / Jesus and the Devil as literal people....

Come on now really.....

The quicker people accept that religion is bogus the better for the entire planet....

If something is coming I think you will find it just a rogue planet that has a random orbit that will play havoc with the natural order of the Earth as described by various culture through-out time....
