Of course the spin is sickening (and deliberate), but the bottom line is that this is an established fact public now that HAARP is capable of weather mod and even making earthquakes and has been for many years. We go from there whenever someone says “they can’t do that”, and if someone is really starting to wake up, this is a pretty good bit of verification in the area of directed energy weaponry, what it is capable of and a springboard for further research. At least, if a person is open minded about it, they can gather from this piece that events such as Katrina at least COULD have been done by HAARP. I think this is important, regardless of the spin suggesting it was the Chinese or the Russians that did Katrina. I think there are dozens of these things all over the world and have been set up for probably decades. Since we are already under a global government system of the internationalist elites, it is very likely that these various arrays around the world are being linked together to manipulate the Earth for psychological operations and possibly mind-control.

Great article, but what I don't quite understand, is why does not the everyday News Channels broadcast news like this?
What is holding them back?
It would make fantastic viewing and much talked about topic,would'nt you think?

Hell.....! We are being surpressed of this kind on knowledge from mainstream media, as you probably already know much of it is owned by the "Elite" who from what I can deduce dumb us down in regards to knowledge and technology.

I watched this program the other night on History Channel. I kinda guessed about HAARP doing just that but the show seems to be a little shred of proof about it. It seems they are at it again currently because of the way the climate is currently. Deny all you want people just because the corporate media doesn't want to get into deep crap from the govt. Weather modification is very real.

Yeah its quite easy to conceive that the weather can be controlled, take for instance the U.K our weather over the past 10-15 years has been so unpredictable and unstable.

Only today i found a story of a hurricane on an island off scotland, now these types of events anlong with floods are becoming commonplace!
Could it be global warming as many will suspect or the sinister projects of HARRP?

You do not bite the hands that feed. Journalists have spoken out about censorship numerous times and there is even a book that 20 award-winning journalists put together exposing this conflict of interest thats deep in the veins of the media and government. Dan Rather participates in this expose. And in case you have never noticed a majority of the news comes from Associated Press aka AP with the exception of pointless stories like an old lady tended to a wounded bird in Generic Town, USA or a 5 year old boy in Wheres That?, USA is eating a bowl of Alphabits and he sees the phrase YOU WIN in his spoon and when he finds out there was never a contest he sues for 500 Million Dollars, and wins. But for the most part ALL NEWS ORGANIZATIONS are feeding us the exact same lie, and believe it or not it is usually word for word, since they are too lazy to paraphrase. And if a company is a wealthy advertiser for a network its a no-no to report said companys wrongdoings. Plus ex-govt officials are employed at some MSM.

Nice to see History document things like this but they've done it before and like Chad (still can't take you seriously with that avi lol) says they have done documentaries on mythological monsters and alot of other conspiracy theories, just because it's on TV doesn't mean it's true as most of the time when it comes to things like this they only have as much information as is available to us

I'm not taking a position on this story, but isn't that what the people on the history channel show said? They claimed that HARP creates a bubble in the ionosphere that changes the jet stream and were able to recreate it in an experiment.
