Hmmm this sounds much more like human error.. Than a robot comming to life and attacking him out of the reasons most life forms attack..
Being threatened, being emotionally distressed, you name it.. This machine didn't have any of these reasons.. Its a machine!! LOL

Okay so If I'm on the job, and lets say I am working with a power line.. And I "think" I turn off the power on the circuit breaker. And I go and grab the main line and get zapped with 220 volts! Who's fault would that be?
I'm shocked he won the lawsuit really.. It was by human error that he walked in front of a malfunctioning machine with the power still on!!!
In 1981, Japanese factory worker Kenji Urada was killed by a robot in a manufacturing plant. Urada had climbed into the robot's operating zone to fix something when he accidentally switched the robot back on. The hydraulic robot failed to sense Urada and crushed him as it carried on with its tasks.
