This is just crazy. I guess you can claim a lawsuit for just about anything in the US any longer. This suit is brought on for 3 people in NJ from what the article says.

Just thought I'd bring this to your attention to keep an eye on, since I didn't see it posted.

I just checked my Oscar Mayer hot dogs and they already contain a warning label regarding choking hazards for children under the age 6 with recommended cutting instructions.

Now, they want to add a cancer warning on them?
