It's the "discharged" call. It's pretty old.

I remember that. The guy called back a few months later and admitted that he was messing around. Oddly enough though, he must have hit on a few truthful things seeing as the transmission tower went out mid call. Maybe he was saying something accurate and TPTB somehow cut the transmission? I guess we will never know. It was like 10 years ago. Very entertaining to say the least. The guy sounded truly terrified. LMAO "Theyre gonna triangulate my position!!"
