A couple of nights ago several large super cells formed over the city creating the perfect conditions for strong winds (that were clocked at 105 km's an hour), small to medium sized hail, intense lighting and heavy downpour's that resulted in some neighborhoods being temporarily flooded. Power outages were rampant in the southern sections of the city with lines being crushed by falling trees and in some cases the winds knocking them down.
