You don't have to survive without booze or smokes! It's easy enough to make the both of them. In any flavor that you want. even in a survival condition. If you don't have access to tobacco, use indian tobacco or any one of a number of other plants that are suitable. Same with either booze or if you prefer beer. If you can't find someone willing to teach you. Get a good book on the subject. But go without never!
