Palin claims that the cap-and-trade bill includes a $4.2 billion worker program

Palin stated that Obama's administration knows THAT CAP AND TRADE WILL CREATE JOB LOSSES and have added a 4.2 billion dollar provision to for unemployment benefits to deal with it. WTF are they thinking ???

Should workers lose their jobs, they would get 156 weeks of benefits, including 70 percent of their average weekly wage, help paying for health insurance, job training and employment search assistance.

S&F. But this is not surprising - it's just more facts that the Obama admin is hiding from the public in order to get their legislation passed.

Job losses? Higher taxes? Who cares, when we are "saving our planet from global warming er climate change er excessive CO2 emissions? Never mind that anything we do will be nullified by India and China, who will not follow the same rules. They are satisfied with taking the jobs away from us that we will inevitably lose because of CRap and Tax.

so what has become of this? any new info?
