Complicit in Mass Murder?

Hypothetical, but

Under current federal and/or state law, would there be any way to charge counter intelligence agents involved in helping to keep the crime hidden from public view as complicit in the crime, not to mention obstructing justice? What would be the maximum penalty for either of those charges, or any worse charges you can think of? Treason maybe?

YEs, if your a paid debunker you will pay for your crimes later on.

Nazi war criminals are going to jail in their 80's.

Yes, and even if they did wiggle out of that they would never be safe , there would be too many vigilantes after them. Interesting side note on those Nazi criminals several ones, even the doctors who did horrible things were recruited by us to work for NASA and even now we're fighting to get those records released. They were given no punishment and were possibly vital to many scientific breakthroughs. So, who knows...
