AoE 3 install problems

okay, im trying to install my Age Of Empires three game, but whenever i put the product key in i get a window popup saying its invalid.

im running off windows vista, any help?

ok, I have a few idea's for you to try.

Look at the key-code "DON'T POST IT"

Make sure you are clear on what is a zero "0"
and what is a letter "O"

Also the letters "are" case sensitive....( that means if they show a capital l "L" you must also type a capital l.

Don't be surprised if there are both upper AND lower case letters in the key.
