No matter where you stand on the "Moon Landing" conspiracy this recording is pretty dramatic. It makes me wonder whether they are releasing this because of the new crop of theorist who are questioning the landing or trying to amp up support on the anniversary of the landing to get more money for the 2020 moonshot.
