There is some controversy about where the skeleton will wind up. There was an offer to escavate it and remove it to a museum somewhere, however the landowners want the skeleton to remain in Pueblo...


The obvious backbone exposed in the dirt belonged to a 30-foot-long aquatic dinosaur said to have gone extinct 65 million years ago. Many believe plesiosaurs still live today. The Loch Ness Monster may be a plesiosaur, according to some.
