The weird rituals of tennis players are on show at Wimbledon but they are not the only ones who rely on superstitions

Tennis players are a funny bunch. Have you noticed how they always ask for three balls instead of two; how they keep pointing to their towel, not to remove sweat but to erase the demons from their minds; how they bounce the ball the same number of times before serving, as if any deviation from their routine might bring the world collapsing on their heads?

Came across this story and thought I'd post it as a light hearted and timely look into superstitions and routines...

Was interested in what fellow ATS users do on a regular basis (obviously keeping on topic !).

Some random rituals of mine include:-

Always knocking on doors same number of times (2-2-1)
Using same locker in local sports centre regardless of previous win/loss (198)
Brushing teeth in exactly same manner every single time
Always putting my right hand sock and then shoe on before left

Could go on but interested on what the rest of you all do !
